What is fitness?
That's why you exercise, right? Without defining our goals how can we tell if we progress, plateau or regress?
We define our goal of fitness as increased work capacity.
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements executed at relative high intensity to increase work capacity. We want you to be better at moving large loads long distances efficiently. This could be you carrying groceries 5 blocks, hiking Mt. Rainier, helping someone move a couch, or playing with your children.
At Foundation CrossFit you workout in class settings learning how to properly use your body while having fun and moving better, regardless of experience and fitness level.
