Sound Transit

Sound Transit is a regional transportation agency that plans, builds and operates Link Light Rail, Sounder Commuter Rail and ST Express buses. Sound Transit is currently building an extension of the light rail system from downtown Seattle, extending it to the University of Washington. The extension will include two new stations: Capitol Hill Station, located on Broadway and John St, and the University of Washington Station located at Husky Stadium. The stations will open 2016.
